The southern highway to Yogyakarta is full of big trucks and buses

Let's see what condition on traveling to Yogyakartha.

If you decide to make it overland by car or motorcycle, you must know the condition of the roads, distances, time etc.

If you are sure want to do this overland, there are some good traffic. However, travel to Yogyakarta by car or motorcycle means that you must ride on the back of trucks or bus.

Yes, some people said that the fastest route is through the north coast highway (Jakarta-Pekalongan-Semarang-Yogyakarta). This route is not so scenic and full of big trucks and buses.

Other route was through the southern highway (Jakarta-Bandung-Tasikmalaya-Wangon-Yogyakarta). It's longer but the view was nicer. But the condition is now different at all.

This route is also full of big trucks and buses. It seems that so many trucks and buses move to the southern highway since Comal bridge incident. I don't know why exactly.

Well, I think to take airplane or train will be faster.
