"As per the data, there are 764 residents deprived of East Java. We believe this will be free all year with a target of 100 people released from stocks every month," said Soekarwo, Thursday (19/06/2014).
The plan, said Soekarwo, they will be admitted to the hospital thinking about specific services among mentally ill, Menur Mental Hospital Mental Hospital Surabaya and Malang.
"If it is addressed and considered more normal condition, will be refunded their homes, but still monitored ambulatory health centers for the course," he said.
Nevertheless, Soekarwo reluctant to mention the amount of the budget to address this problem. "Still there's been planned all budgets., But I do not know very well, all in Welfare," he said.
While in Ponorogo, there were 109 mentally ill patients with severe category, even 46 of them were locked. That number has increased from 2012, which detected 72 new soul.
"All we have asked for re recorded in each county and city. They will be released in stages, on schedule and targets in each district and local municipalities," he concluded.
