“I don’t want any poor person losing all of their money,” said Pensioner Barry Watson as the reason he want to raise awareness about Euromillions scam. This 72 years old man was targeted as part of this kind of cruel scam.

And what he experienced about to be fooled by a postal lottery ticket assured him that his daughter warning was true. He didn't want to think of others falling victim to the con. So, he is willing to share his experience about.

Pensioner Barry Watson “shock” at £700,000 Euromillions scam. He is a victim of a scam by Euro Millions postal lottery. The Euro Millions postal lottery ticket sent to him, at Gale Street, Dagenham, in form of a letter that telling him he had won £700,000.

The letter requests his full bank details, including a sort code, account number and information about the branch he banks with. Those requested in order to receive the payment. Barry said that he knew straight away, it was a scam and he should ignore it but It’s frightening that some people get these things in the post.

He sure that the target are old people. They hope the old man won’t be as street savvy. The pensioner said, people who set up these scams are the lowest form of filth. According to him, the letter is from the Euro Millions International Postcode Lottery and asks for bank details to be posted to Waterloo Finance House in Manchester.

It reads: “Your name is attached to a ticket which shows you have won a lump sum of £700,000,” Despite Barry never entering the postcode lottery it refers to. “This kind of thing has happened to me before,” said Barry. He said that he is not that gullible but there are people out there who believe everything they are sent.
